JANUARY TRAINING PLAN

Here is the basic template for this month….

With 8 weeks to the 2017 CrossFit Open much of our training for the Performance group will be focused on getting our members conditioned. Each Wednesday we will repeat a previous Open workout, to compare previous results and to prepare. If you follow the Fitness programming have no fear, the Wednesday workouts will be structured accordingly.

January 21st, we will also have our Winter Team Challenge…..stay tuned for more information.

MONDAY Longer Conditioning work
TUESDAY Lower body focused strength & conditioning
WEDNESDAY CrossFit Open repeat
THURSDAY Lower body focused strength & conditioning
FRIDAY Upper bod focused
SATURDAY Team workouts
