Hey Rebel crew here is a bit more information about this coming weekend’s event: Q: What should I pack in my gym bag? A: 2 pairs of shoes, one pair running, one pair lifting, 2 – 3 t-shirts (especially if you workout hot ;), 2 shorts or tights, a skipping rope, a mobility tool, any support that you require (knee wraps, wrist wraps etc…) and anything that you like to train with? Q: What should I bring for food? A: If you are a protein drink person make sure to bring them along, but the key throughout the day will be to keep hydrated and eat small snacks like fruit, nuts or jerky. Q: Warm up and cool down? A: There will be an athletes area available to warm up and cool down in. Make sure to use this area wisely and warmup and cool down with each workout. Q:…
Bring a friend day at the gym
Have some friends curious about CrossFit and the Rebel gym? This is your opportunity to include friends in a fun, challenging, team workout. The WOD will be structured on our Fitness Level programming. Meaning that everyone can participate regardless of their fitness experience. The only pre requisite is to have an open mind, be ready to have fun and sweat. The class will be capped at 10 people so be sure to sign up at the gym. Date: Sunday, October 5th Time: 10 am – 11 am Format: Team WOD, you and your guest will work together to complete reps and sets.

Hey ya’ll September is just around the corner…days are getting shorter and mornings are a little bit darker and colder. New Schedule as of September 1, 2014 (Note: September 1 is holiday schedule 8am and 11 am only) Monday: 8 am – 11 am – 5 pm – 6 pm Tuesday: 8 am – 11 am – 5 pm – 6 pm Wednesday: 7 am – 8 am – 11 am – 5 pm – 6 pm Thursday: 8 am – 11 am – 5 pm – 6 pm Friday: 7 am – 8 am – 11 am – 5 pm – 6 pm (yoga) Saturday: 10 am – 11 am (open gym) Please note that the schedule evolves based on attendance and requests.
